Navigation will be closed at Curdworth Lock 7 between 06:00 and 12:30 on Wednesday 15 July 2026 to allow for urgent repair works.
We have identified a fault with the towpath-side ground paddle at the top end of the lock. The issue has arisen due to the paddle becoming detached from the operating rod, and repairs are required to both the rod and paddle bracket.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience while these essential works are carried out.
