A fishing event will be taking place on 25/07/2026 from 9 am until 2 pm on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
This will take place between Bridge 42, Appley Bridge and Bridge 49A, Standish Lower Ground.

Instructions: The towpath and navigation will remain open to boats and the public, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
