The repairs at Lock 6 have been completed and it is operational.

The team have attended today and have identified a fault with the tail paddle. They will be back on site tomorrow to carry out repairs. A further update will be given by 5pm tomorrow.

Rochdale Canal Lock 6 is currently closed to navigation due to a failed paddle mechanism.
Our team will attend site to assess the fault and determine the extent of the required repairs.
This notice will be updated on Monday 15th June.
