The repairs to Salterhebble Bottom Lock were completed successfully and the lock is now fully operational.

The guillotine lock at the tail gates of Lock 3, Salterhebble bottom lock, are currently stuck in the upright position. The on-call team have been to try to rectify this but unfortunately have been unable. A repair will be carried out tomorrow by our specialist team. This will mean the lock is out of use at this time. An update will be provided tomorrow at Midday.
