Following the cable being laid in a pre-determined route. J Murphy and Sons Ltd undertake, all activities associated with the modification of the existing Joint Bay 1A/1B including demolition of existing troughs, excavation and blinding, formwork, reinforcement and concrete works, installation of new pre-cast troughs and in-situ walls, and replacing lids and reinstatement works. & carrying out earthing activities around joint bays and link pillars, backfilling joint bays with CBS, and undertaking reinstatement and remedial works on the towpath.
