A schools' fishing event, organised and run through the Trust's Let's Fish program is planned for Friday 5th June on the Trent & Mersey Canal.

The navigation and towpath will remain open, with the event using sections of canal/towpath within the overall length.

Around 50 young people are expected to take part.
