Please be advised that the navigation is currently closed on the Caldon Canal between Cheddleton Lock 13 and Bridge 44, Basford Lane Bridge due to an oil spill.
We have temporarily closed the canal in this location to allow our teams to assess the situation and carry out the necessary clean-up works safely.
