Between Lock 7 and Bridge 16

Customer Notice – Tree Obstruction in Canal We are aware of a tree currently obstructing the navigation between Lock 7 (CA-007-003) and Bridge 16 (CA-008-001), near What3Words location ///letter.seated.levels (Approx. Functional Location: CA-008-P0000). Our operational team attended site over the weekend to assess the situation and determine the safest method of removal. Following this assessment, it has been identified that specialist third-party contractors are required to safely remove the tree from the canal. The contractor is currently scheduled to attend either Monday or Tuesday, subject to availability and site conditions. We appreciate this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank customers for their patience and understanding while the issue is resolved safely. The team has also made efforts to advise any nearby boaters directly where possible. We will continue to keep customers updated as further information becomes available.
