The water levels between Lock 25 and Lock 26 have recovered overnight to a sufficient level for navigation to be possible for skippers. This section is reopened.

A navigation closure has been placed for the pound between Lock 25 and Lock 26 as the water levels are too low for passage. The local team are increasing the feed from the land drain and the cills have been scraped to improve the seal at the head to help recover the pound. The notice will be updated once the water levels have recovered. The team will be closely monitoring the water levels and we will have an update Thursday 14th May morning.
