Boaters are advised that a vessel moored near the Kirklees low lock was on fire overnight.
Navigation remains open; however, all boaters are requested to proceed with caution when approaching and passing the area due to possible debris.
Please follow any instructions from staff on site and reduce speed while navigating past the affected location.
