Lock 2, New Marton Lock

Our reactive team are scheduled to attend on Monday 11 May to carry out the necessary repairs. To facilitate these works, the lock will be closed to navigation between 10am and 4pm on this day.

In the meantime, the lock remains operational although passage through the lock will take longer than usual.

Please be advised that New Marton Lock 2 is currently experiencing operational issues. A leak developed, and one of the top paddles is running very slowly. While the lock remains operational, passage through the lock will take longer than usual.

Our reactive team is scheduled to attend on Monday morning (11 May) to carry out the necessary repairs and improve operation.
