Please be advised that the car park is required by contractors to carry out essential repair work to the Purton Tilting Weir.
These works form part of a joint investment with Bristol Water and are aimed at restoring this important water supply asset to a good condition and ensuring long-term resilience.
Please note that parking in Purton village is limited.
If you need to park within the village, we kindly ask that you do so considerately and avoid blocking residents' driveways, access routes, or footpaths.
Closure dates for the car park may be subject to change depending on tide conditions.
