Third-party contractors are to provide a specialist access team to undertake underwater scour examination of the bridge abutments.
Boaters are required to be aware of a person in the water and to take instruction from contractors until the person in the water is moved to a safe location. There may be a short delay of no more than 20 minutes, until navigation is allowed to resume.
