A rowing event, organised by Bishops Stortford Canoe Club, is taking place on Sunday 7th June 2026 from 8:00am to 5:30pm on the River Stort.
This event will be taking place between Lock 5, Sawbridgeworth Lock and Bridge 52, Station Road.
The towpath and navigation will remain open to the public, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
The visitor moorings between Bridge 46 and Bridge 48C, will be suspended for the event Sunday 7th June 2026 from 8:00am until 5:30pm. The moorings will be signposted.
