Kidlington Green Lock No 43, Lock Crescent, Kidlington

Please be advised that our operational team has identified an obstruction within the Towpath Ground Paddle culvert, which is currently affecting the lock's ability to fill for navigation.

To resolve this, a top stop plank installation will be required so the lock head can be safely dewatered. This will allow us to identify and, where possible, clear the obstruction.

While this work is underway, we will also take the opportunity to inspect all paddle connections and brackets, carrying out any necessary refurbishment or repairs.
