The visitor moorings will be suspended between Stanley Arms Offside & Bridge 198, Anderton Boat Lift from Saturday, 9 May at 9am to Monday, 11 May at 5pm to facilitate historic boats to moor for the 'Steam at the Lift' event.
Mooring outside of this area is unaffected.
Whilst the navigation and towpath will remain open, we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
