We continue our efforts to restore the water level, however, this taking longer than anticipated. Please do not navigate this section of the canal.

We will update this notice as soon as we have further information.

Due to low water levels we have had to temporarily close the Erewash Canal between Long Eaton Lock 61 and Dockholme Lock 62.

Please do not navigate this section of the canal whilst levels recover.
