Completed: Our local team has successfully raised the water levels at Lock 43 on the Trent & Mersey Canal, and navigation has now resumed.

Navigation is currently closed at Lock 43 on the Trent & Mersey Canal due to low water levels following an earlier issue today with a paddle at the lock.
Our team attended the site today and has successfully repaired the paddle. However, the lock will remain closed overnight to allow water levels to recover.
A further update will be provided morning of Wednesday, 22 April.
