The towpath and navigation remain closed at Bridge 93, Carr Lane Bridge on the Lancaster Canal, due to a fallen tree.
Unfortunately, our specialist contractors are currently experiencing a high volume of work, which has resulted in a delay in their attendance at the site.
We apologise that the clearance is taking longer than originally expected and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
A further update will be provided by 4 PM on or before Thursday, 30 April.

Navigation and Towpath are currently closed at Bridge 93 on the Lancaster Canal due to a fallen tree.
Contractors have been instructed to remove.
