A running event, organised by Tempo Events, is taking place on Sunday 12th April 2026 from 8:00am until 1:00pm on the River Soar.
The event will take place between Friday Street Bridge 7 to Abbey Park Road Bridge 9.
The towpath will remain open to the public as normal, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
