Thank you for your continued patience; once the Coots nest has been confirmed to be empty, we will arrange for the tree to be removed and will update this notice accordingly.

Thank you for your patience whilst our team attends to the removal of the tree. This notice will be updated when the clearance has been completed.

Tree down in River South 100m downstream of Sheering Mill Lock, over half of river width. Navigation passage is still possible, although tree has Coots Nest with eggs on fallen tree and boat should manoeuvre around it.

Tree down blocking navigation. Towpath open. Notice will be updated when hit squad have attended site to assess.
