Between Lock 4W and Lock 7W

We are pleased to welcome a private boat gathering, organised by the Russell Newbery Register Ltd, between 9am on Wednesday 24 June and 12pm on Monday 29 June.

The event will use a section of the water between Peak Forest Canal and Huddersfield Narrow Canal. 

We would advise boats would moor on the towing path side from below lock 4W to above lock 7W and off-side between locks 5W and 7W on the Huddersfield Canal.

The navigation and towpath will remain open although there may be slight delays.
