Plough dredging is due to take place at Sprotbrough and Newton on the Sheffield & South Yorkshire navigation, which is aimed to clear silt build-up within the channel. Boating customers may be asked to wait up to 30 minutes whilst the dredger is repositioned to allow safe passage.
