Navigation Restriction - Sheffield & South Yorkshire Nav, Between Railway Bridge 74 and Bridge 75, Long Sandall

Ongoing Environment Agency works to repair erosion damage to the flood embankment between the River Don and the Sheffield & South Yorkshire Navigation, require the continued use of a pontoon and a barge to convey materials and machinery to and from site across the navigation.

Please exercise caution when approaching this area and co-operate with requests from site staff. Boaters may be asked to wait for up to 30 minutes until it is safe to pass through the work area.
