Navigation Closure - Huddersfield Broad Canal, Between Falls Lock, Lock 8 and Red Doles Lock, Lock 9, Huddersfield

A void has appeared in the bed of the canal therefore the water level cannot be maintained at navigable levels.

The section will be closed over the weekend whilst we allow the water levels to recover after our repair. We will be closely monitoring the water levels and we have put the feeds on to help with the recovery. We will update the notice on Monday 9th March.
