Navigation Closure - Huddersfield Broad Canal, Between Falls Lock, Lock 8 and Red Doles Lock, Lock 9, Huddersfield

A void has appeared in the bed of the canal therefore the water level cannot be maintained at navigable levels.

Please do not attempt to navigate the Broad until we can fix it. The levels downstream of the void will also be affected as there's no flow to keep them navigable.
