A small footbridge is being crane lifted into position above the Trent Port Basin entrance. This will be undertaken in one day only within the 12th to 15th March weather window. A safety boat will be patrolling the northern bank to manage a safety exclusion zone. This operation will not directly affect the navigation, however, please be aware of increased activity and avoid the northern bank and port basin entrance. Please follow any advice from the safety boat crew and proceed with care.
