Navigation remains closed at Bridge 11a on the Lancaster Canal due to a fallen tree.
Unfortunately, our specialist contractors have been delayed attending the site.
We apologise that this has taken longer to clear than originally expected.
A further update will be provided on or by Friday 27 February.

Navigation remains closed at Bridge 11a on the Lancaster Canal due to a fallen tree.

A large tree has fallen and is currently blocking navigation at Bridge 11A on the Lancaster Canal.
Due to the size and position of the tree, we have instructed our specialist contractors to assist with the removal.
We will provide a further update on or before Friday, 13 February.
