Railway Bridge 2A, Saxilby

Due to adverse weather conditions, repairs to Saxilby Railway Bridge 2A have been postponed and rescheduled to take place from 9th March to 11th March between 8am and 5pm each day.

Construction Marine Ltd, on behalf of Network Rail, will be carrying out brickwork repairs and corrosion treatment to the underside of Saxilby Railway Bridge 2A from 16th to 19th February between 8am and 5pm each day.   The team will be working from a pontoon with attached tower scaffolding.   Contractors will temporarily stop work to allow for the safe passage of both navigation and towpath users.  There may be some temporary delays of up to 20 minutes.  Please be aware of increased activity in the area and proceed with care.
