Towpath upstream of Harlow Mill lock underwater
In places the towpath between starting at Harlow Mill A11 road bridge is under water to a depth of about 1 foot. This means that pedestrians, even with wellington boots will find it impassable. Pedestrians should avoid the area until water levels have receded.
