Completed: Navigation is now open following the successful repair works between Lock 1 and Lock 16 on the Peak Forest Canal.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the emergency repairs to the gate seals at Lock 4 on the Marple Flight today, and our local team will need to re-attend the site tomorrow.
As a result, the lock flight between Locks 1 and 16 will remain closed while the works are carried out.
