A navigation restriction will be in place surrounding the culvert outfall in the length of RD-017 at Todmorden on Monday 9th February whilst inspection works are taking place. A structural inspection of a culvert outfall will be carried out by QTS utilising boat and pontoon. May skippers of all crafts, please slow down on approaching the area and expect delays off up to 20 minutes whilst equipment may be moved. Please follow any instructions given.
