Don doors and Doncaster Lock - NOW OPEN

Water levels have now dropped sufficiently to allow Doncaster Lock on the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Navigation and the Don Doors on the New Junction Canal to reopen.

Due to high water levels, Doncaster Lock on the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Navigation and the Don Doors on the New Junction Canal are still currently closed. Water levels will be monitored over the weekend, and this notice will be updated once conditions allow the Don Doors and Doncaster Lock to reopen.

Due to rising water levels, Doncaster Lock on the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Navigation and Don Doors on the New junction Canal are closed. We will review the water levels in the morning and update the notice when the Don Doors and Doncaster Lock can be reopened.
