Please be advised that Lock 42 Off Side on the Trent & Mersey Canal is closed due to a suspected obstruction preventing the gate from operating.
To investigate fully, we require stop planks which are currently in use at another location.
Lock 42 Near Side will still be open for navigation.
An update will be provided on Friday 06 February.
