Vegetation clearance to expose the downstream inspection cover has now been completed, enabling access for remedial works to address the blockage. These works are scheduled to take place tomorrow. At this stage, we cannot confirm whether the planned works will fully resolve the issue.

We attended site on 24th January but unfortunately were unable to resolve the issue.
Further work is required, and access over third-party land is needed to address a blocked drainage main. This is currently being arranged and should take place next week.

The Elsan at Braunston along the Grand Union Canal, nearest the A45, is out of action.
We are working to fix this as soon as possible.
Alternative facilities can be found at Braunston Junction Customer Service Facility along the Oxford Canal.
