Please be advised that a previous notice incorrectly stated that a tree obstruction at Bridge 39 had been cleared. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this error.
Contractors were scheduled to complete the clearance at Bridge 39 today; however, progress was delayed due to the theft of tools and a trailer. The contractors will be back on site tomorrow morning, supported by a CRT workboat. Navigation is therefore expected to reopen tomorrow, subject to completion of the works.
We have also been advised that the tree obstruction located between Bridge 40 and Bridge 41 has been cleared; however, confirmation of this work is still awaited. Further updates will be issued once confirmed.

A fallen tree continues to obstruct navigation between Bridge 40 and Bridge 41. Contractors will return tomorrow with a larger winch to remove the obstruction and restore access.
