Third-party contractors are undertaking a Principal Bridge Inspection where access works require erecting a floating pontoon with a tower scaffolding to reach the underside of the structure.
Canal users are asked to listen to and take instruction from contractors on site until the pontoon/restriction is moved out of the way.
Maximum delay period for boaters to be 20 minutes during the works.
Access to the towpath will also be restricted.
