Water Point at Trent Lock Customer Service Facility

There is a burst pipe on the water point at Trent Lock Customer Service Facility. As a result, the water supply at this location is currently unavailable.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and will keep you updated on the status of repairs.

The nearest water points can be found just after Trent Lock on the Erewash Canal and at Cranfleet Lock on the Upper Trent.
