The tree has been removed and the navigation is open for passage as normal.

Due to a fallen tree in the navigation, the navigation is closed near the Railway bridge, and passage is not possible.
Contractors will be out on site to remove the tree when possible.
The towpath remains unaffected by this.
Apologies for any inconvenience.
