Cancelled: Unfortunately, the planned stoppage has been cancelled. Cadent has not granted permission for us to cross a gas main on the access road with our equipment. As a result, the works are currently on hold while we resolve this issue. We still intend to carry out these works once the necessary permissions are in place and will provide an update with new stoppage dates as soon as they are confirmed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The paddle repairs at Lock 88 were identified as part of the better boating pledge. Due to the size of the lock, we require a little longer to drain the lock and complete the repair so will be undertaking the work in the winter months to try and minimise customer impact.
