Ashted Lock 6

Please be advised that navigation has now reopened at Ashtead Lock 6. However, our team were unable to complete the full repair to the paddle, as the issue is more extensive than initially anticipated.

Further repair works are scheduled to take place on Monday 10 November 2025.

We appreciate your continued understanding while we carry out these essential works.

Please be advised that there will be a stoppage at Ashtead Lock 6 on Wednesday 5th November 2025, to carry out essential repairs to a broken paddle.

During this time, navigation through the lock will be unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while this necessary maintenance work is completed.
