Lock 21 East will be locked up due to preparation work that is needed for the repairs to the stop plank grooves, taking place under the Winter Stoppages Works. This is to ensure that the team are working in the conditions needed to undertake the preparation work for the Winter Stoppage at Lock 18 starting on November 3rd 2025.
