Completed: Navigation has now resumed between Locks 84 and 92 on the Rochdale Canal following a successful repair.

Navigation is closed between Locks 84 and 92 on the Rochdale Canal due to both paddles that have failed at Lock 86. Our local team have tried to carry out a temporary repair, which unfortunately wasn't successful.
We have instructed our specialist contractors to attend on Monday 6 October to carry out the repairs.
