A Canal & River Trust workboat will be carrying out a repair to the bottom gates at Swarkestone Lock 5 on the Trent & Mersey today between 10 am and 12 noon.
Trust staff and volunteers will be on site to advise but there may be a wait of up to an hour whilst the works are caried out. Please be aware of increased activity in the area.
