Please be advised that Lock 1 (River Lock Upstream) on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal is currently closed due to low water levels. At this time, we are unable to confirm when the lock will reopen. Water levels are being monitored, and we will provide updates as soon as further information becomes available. Boaters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and avoid this section of the canal until the lock is operational.
