Our teams have been closely monitoring the water levels on the Rochdale Canal, and they have slightly improved to a level that we are able to allow boat movement from Lock 9 (Hebden Bridge area) to Lock 19 (Todmorden) over the weekend finishing at 3pm on Monday 28th July.
The gates will be padlocked up again after this period to let the water levels recover.
We will continue to monitor the water levels through the section from Lock 4 through to Lock 15 going forward.
