Essex Highways will be undertaking a principal inspection on Bridge 33, Mill Lane to ascertain information on the bridges load/vehicle weight limits. To facilitate the inspection a modular pontoon and small work boat will be present within the river.
Towpath & Lock 6, Sheering Mill Lock will always remain unrestricted, Essex Highways banksman will be present and the pontoon and work boat will be moved aside for the safe passage of boats navigating through Lock 6.
