Bosley Lock 7

Following the addition of a stoppage at nearby Bosley Lock 4 to carry out emergency repairs to the cill, we've taken the decision to delay the start of these works by one week. This will provide a 10-day window for boat movements before this stoppage begins. The revised stoppage dates are 10 November 2025 to 19 December 2025. To help fit the work into the shorter timeframe we will be undertaking work on the weir at Lock 7 from 6 October to 17 October while other locks are closed.

A navigation and towpath closure are required for tail gate and chamber masonry repairs.
