We're pleased to advise that the works will be completed ahead of schedule, and navigation at Lock 36 will reopen from 4pm today (Tuesday 20th)

The paddle frame has become detached, a new one needs to be fabricated and then refitted. The lock will reopen once the works are completed on Wednesday 21st at 4pm.

Lock 36 Ground paddle failure leaving lock out of action because lock cant be emptied. Team to attend Monday 19th May.
