Proposed bridge location is near the Trent Basin (North Bank - Easting 458870, Northing 338836, South Bank, Easting 458863, Northing 338741)

We're pleased to announce that the third-party works at this location have been completed ahead of schedule. Both the navigation and towpath are now open.

A navigation and towpath closure are required for the construction of a new bridge across the River Basin and a small bridge across the Trent Basin, we will also be constructing ramps, stairs, an amphitheatre on the North Bank and doing some associated landscaping, drainage and lighting.
